"We dropped the CrossFit workouts, and created a training plan that was built around initially, helping my body recover from all the hard over training I was doing with CrossFit, then reducing inflammation with recovery, sleep and my diet, to slowly progress this to ramp up my metabolism and give me back my momentum.
I enjoyed consuming carbs again! I understood how to use these to help me progress and balance this with the training plan.
I didn't follow the plan initially as well as I could have, a few cheeky alcoholic drinks too many at various events etc, yet my results were still far better than anything else I had done before. Yet, I was saving 5 hours or so per week from all the CrossFit training.
My body was adapting and as you can see from the results, I got RIPPED quickly."
